The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Inn itself was newly renovated and offered all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. In spite of having a Public House on the ground floor, our room was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend the Redan to any traveller for the quality of its design, the friendliness of its personnel and the lovely setting in which it is located. Room felt fresh and had some cool old features. The shower and bed were fantastic. We had a really good pizza and a pint for about £14 each in the lovely gardens (they even put vegan cheese on for me). The breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients. All in all it was a great stay and good value for money. Welcome was wonderfully Staff were really polite nice efficient helpful Nothing was too much trouble The lady & Guy who were both there on our Late return from the Concert we attended in Bath was really luvly so was the same lady on Duty for our Breakfast & Departure the next Morning. Room was Excellent very clean & very comfortable. Breakfast was Excellent also.
