Petit déjeuner à £40, nous avons fait l impasse et préféré un des nombreux cafés de Bath. L emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare, des termes et de la zone commerçante. Le spa est magnifique malgré les créneaux horaires limités à respecter. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department.
