I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

The room was just ok. When I asked if the could bring an iron to room I was told I need to go downstairs to the business room where they have an iron and board setup. Never seen that before.

"I usually do not write reviews. But my stay here left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and is super well located. Inside though, it has a very creepy feeling and the staff just felt off. As a young woman traveling for me is scary by itself. It did not help ..."
