Really exceptional staff who kindly went above and beyond at every turn. Breakfast was really good and when I asked they brought me gluten free croissants and cake! The bed was very comfortable and had memory foam pillows! Most comfortable sleep of my trip so far. Highly recommend coming to Genoa and staying at this hotel when you do.

Very comfortable rooms, excellent staff, easy valet parking, great on-site restaurant and room service. We also utilized the same-day laundry service and concierge services for finding places to eat and to visit. My mother actually had a medical emergency while we were staying there and they quickly got her a cab to the emergency room a few blocks away and allowed us to extend our reservation while she was being cared for. They went above and beyond for us and it's a really nice and comfortable hotel even if you don't have an emergency!
