"This was 100% the worst stay I've ever had! pool and hot tub was not working. When I booked the night before was told it would be. Then breakfast was not warm and most was burnt or not fully cooked. Check out was 11am at 945 housekeeping just walked right in on us no knock or anything! Should 100% be a rule about that! Only good thing was the Whitney restaurant which you pay more for! Also menus for this place in the room is ALOT cheaper than when you look at menus when you get in the restaurant. Needs to be updated! Its false advertising! Will not be staying again. Waste of money!"

"Clean room and facilities. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast options good. Only wish was that the pool was warmer and that there was a hot tub. I will be back. "

"Bathroom looked like it was falling apart the shower/bath had cracks in the cocking all around and very outdated and was ment for children with how low everything was there’s also no ventilation in the bathroom and very small you could hardly use the bathroom without banging into the wall the beds were uncomfortable and pillows too bring your own if you can check your sheets there were so many crumbs it was disgusting it’s like someone was in there and all the day was eat and left the room and they just made the bed again the tv was very small the lights kept flickering like they needed to be changed the lady at the desk was nice when checking in though "

"Breakfast was good, many options. Seemed like they have tried to make updates but starting to need fixes. Initially the room they put us in was so strong smelling for smoke that we needed to request a room change. The staff was very nice about this and the next room had no issues with smell. Pool floor was cracking and there were chunks left by the pool side. Used the sauna and that was really nice. "

"We were in town for karate tournament in Stevens Point and this was a great place to stay! Half the price of the venue the tournament was at, breakfast included, plenty of parking. My kids had a great time in the pool and loved the waffles for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and even allowed us use of a meeting room for the kids to practice. We’ll be back next year!"
