Usually no problems. Used kiosk for check in, machine not working half way through and had to finish at front desk. Very poor communication and customer service. First time in first floor room. Not as nice as second floor. By early morning finally had to sleep with pillow over head because heat/ac unit so noisy, definitely needs a tune up. May need to dig a little deeper in my wallet for nicer hotel next time.
