« There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel. »

« We've stayed here quite a few times over the winter and each time our room has been very clean, the staff is very accommodating, complimentary breakfast is good. Nice they have a waffle maker to enjoy something hot for breakfast. The best future of this Quality Inn is the pool and hot tub! It is also clean and well maintained. »
