« The place was pretty nice wish I could have explored the property more but the weather stoped that »

« Construction going on- dust and dirt everywhere. And the renovations that were done where extremely sloppy. Bathroom was not very clean. Looked liked everything was just wiped down with a dirty rag. »

« Great hotel, amazing gym, good food onsite. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich in the library cafe. Lovely space to relax by a fire with a book. »

« Kitchen was well stocked. Had everything we needed for making group meals. Such a wonderful spot to have a parent group reunion. »

« There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel. »

« Room was ok. The double room beds seemed very small. Breakfast was the same each day but had a decent variety. Coffee was horrible. Pool area is nice but the pool heater wasn’t working so it was freezing. Room keys stopped working 5 minutes before checkout. »
