"The condition of the hotel was very run down. There was no fridge, or microwave provided in the room, and the “valet” parking was not helpful for $100. The lights in the room were not working, only 3 lights were working, and the restroom shower was in terrible condition. Overall, not a good experience and would never stay agin or recommend to anyone. "

"The breakfast was very good. Food varied from cereal, eggs, waffles, baked goods, yogurt and fruit. The afternoon crackers, cheese and fruit were very nice. The staff including the front desk workers, housekeeping and dining staff were all very helpful. Having brochures on the front table offered visitors to Austin a great way to help explore Austin. The maps were great. The rooms were perfect. Having a small kitchen was very helpful. "
