"Overall very nice experience. A lot of nature to enjoy, however one needs to carefully check the seasonal amenities in the hotel are open or already closed. Also the restaurant can have more options, i believe. self-Parking charge is not justified (given pricing of room + it is not right outside the reception)."

"We had a great stay, but we stayed in building 2 ,3rd floor and we had issues with the lack of hot water, staff were great and attended our 2nd day there and fixed the issue"
Touchstone Resort

"General complaint was with regards to the Touchstone Grill. It was understaffed on both the day we tried to make an advance reservation for dinner, (had to leave 2 messages and then had to contact front desk as no one ever got back to us, who finally passed us onto the line to leave a third message)…..and most importantly very understaffed on the night of our dinner. The server was very personable but service for our meal took forever 1.5 hours before entre served because of staff shortage ……The food was good but given the above and the $ charged, I am doubtful to return."
