This property is basic and in a bad area. Indoors it is adequate but with some safety issues such as wet tiled floors with no safety signage and equipment left on stairs. Breakfast is very basic but suffice. The staff are all very attentive with the exception of Amar the concierge manager who markets tours aggressively. All I can say about him is to get anything offered in writing and please read the small print. Two examples ( a guided tour of Delhi, with no guide and only a driver that spoke very little English) and ( a tour to Amritsar booked in a lower class of Indian railway, a tour guide only booked to do half the tour we expected and then not paid until a threat from that guide to not continue). As disappointing as Amar was, our guide Anil Sharma of (feelmycitytours, WhatsApp +919780234705) came to our rescue to help rebook train tickets and the other half of the tour. Great luxury place to stay near airport

our stay experience was good. Drawback: There is no lift for the hotel. Staircase is little difficult to climb for elderly people, where the steps are steep high to climb

The Roseate is a magical place; full of wonder, design, architecture and natural beauty. It is a stay of a lifetime, exquisite - unique in every way. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The room design is like no other. You must go there once in your lifetime!

I love the hotel and am a repeat guest for over 20 years. The pool is wonderful when the air pollution is not high and the complimentary yoga classes are a great way to start the day. The food in all the restaurants is delicious and I especially enjoy the breakfast buffet. The spa has good service. I am always treated wonderfully by the staff. The old world charm keeps me coming back.
