The property was very modern and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here any time we had questions. The front desk staff were always extremely helpful and available. The breakfast in the morning was comprehensive and very generous! We also really liked the location of this hotel, as it is walking distance to all the major sites in the old city and an easy walk to the central train station, which is convenient for access to U and S Bahn and other longer distance train trips. This is a very attractive art deco hotel. We were not certain if there was a fitness center and did not ask because we were quite busy sightseeing.

ChatGPT rated this as in the top three places to stay. In our opinion you ’re paying for location. That’s a 5 star. The room is ok, we ate supper in their Restaurant and it was good, breakfast was just ok, staff were all polite. We have been staying in 5 star places and in comparison to other places we have stayed on this vacation, except for location this falls short for the money we paid.

The staff were friendly and accommodating with plenty of smiles. Unfortunately there was building work going on the work noise wasn’t good and it left my car dirty with saw dust etc. however I expect that this work will be completed by next year when we usually stay here.
