"A beautiful hotel with stunning mountain views. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a lovely cabin vibe to it. I would say the interior definitely needs a refurbishment as it’s very dated, also air conditioning would be amazing as it’s so hot in the summer. Although dated, it does give it some charm. "Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said...
