« Nous n'avons malheuresement passé qu'une nuit au beach orchid de Kollam ar notre séjour nous appelait ailleurs. Nous avons cepedant pu apprécier les nombreux avantages de cet hotel: -> en ouvrant la fenètre de notre chambre, nous avions une vue sur la mer et la plage! -> la chambre était spacieuse et propre, ainsi que la salle de bain. -> le personnel de l'hotel et du restaurant est très à l'écoute et très agréable -> le buffet servi est varié (attention tout de même pour el petit déjeuner, il...

Yangsong, Leela, always went over and above to help. Shiva, the head of food and beverage, the deputy front desk manager who arranged our taxi, even the GM, all so approachable!
