Discover a serene sanctuary where comfort and convenience blend seamlessly in this beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bath residence. Designed for effortless entertaining, the open-plan layout features a spacious kitchen with Thermador stainless steel appliances, including a wine cooler, bar seating for four, and a dining table for six. The inviting living room, complete with a gas fireplace, opens onto a private deck overlooking the Vail Valley. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a standalone tub and walk-in shower, while two guest suites offer flexible accommodations—one with a king bed and shared hallway bath, the other with a queen-over-king bunk and private ensuite. Additional conveniences include air conditioning and a full-sized washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.  
  
Guests of Frontgate will have access to a myriad of exceptional amenities, including The Springs Outdoor Oasis Pool and Pioneer Plunge Waterslide - featuring the largest hot tub in Avon an expansive, 3,600 square foot state-of-the-art Technogym Fitness Center and Yoga Studio, a Golf & Sports Simulator Suite, Guest Ski/Boot Locker Room, a grab-n-go market, community e-bikes, two seasonal Frontgate Avon Adventure Shuttles serving Vail Village and Beaver Creek Village daily; along with several relaxing common areas like our Wanderlust Lounge, Fika Coffee Bar, and Hygge Lounge.
