« The place has everything you need and it was very clean. Nothing fancy or too nice, in fact some things (cookware, dishes, toiletries) a bit on the cheap side. Things are a bit worn out like the main bedroom blinds, some furniture and walls/doors in need of paint. The place definitely needs a bit of love and a refresh. If you are looking for something not fancy and clean it does the trick. »

It had some great basics that we appreciated, but unfortunately, a couple of issues kept it from being the comfortable stay we'd hoped for. « Everything was great—very clean, organized, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the nearby river walking trail. Our only disappointment, and why I only gave 4 stars, was that both of our cars were booted by the HOA. I mistakenly sent our vehicle information to the wrong email address, and because it wasn’t received, the HOA booted our cars. While I understand this was ultimately my error, it was frustrating that there was no warning or reminder from the HOA or property management,...

« Randy was a great host with excellent communication and support. The place was exactly as presented…well appointed, convenient to amenities of Westin and Gondola. It was perfect for two (would have been tight for four even though there’s a sofa-bed). The 60 resort cost daily is a bit steep but we enjoyed the gym, ski valet and shuttle convenience so was worth it. The East-West (on-site management) was very helpful (much more knowledgeable about how to get around than the Westin staff)! We...

« Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great accept the shuttle driver refused to take us to the mountain, we booked for the shuttle and access to the mountain and driver made excuses and lied to us. »
