The modern and fully updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area offers a convenient space for enjoying them. The master bedroom is also fully updated.

Step into a spacious living area featuring a pull-out sofa and an open dining space with breathtaking views of Beaver Creek. The fully remodeled kitchen boasts brand-new appliances and ample storage, making it perfect for your stay.  
  
Relax in the cozy bedroom with a plush queen-size mattress, a generous closet, and a built-in washer and dryer for your convenience. The newly updated bathroom includes a large shower with excellent lighting, ensuring a refreshing start to your day.  
  
The second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for couples or families.  
  
For your skiing adventures, enjoy the added convenience of a dedicated ski storage area just outside the condo.  
  
This is the perfect retreat for comfort, convenience, and unbeatable access to Beaver Creek!  
  
Starting December 12th, 2025 the second bedroom will be available to new bookings made after that date.

You will have 2 parking spaces. We have very clear pictures of the parking spots along with descriptions. One is to the right of the light pole, and the other is to the left of the big tree closest to the D building. They are very strict and you'll get booted if you park in the wrong space. Please note that you will NOT be reimbursed if you park in the wrong spot. The instructions are very clear!
