Three homes next to each-other will give you ample space to rest and relax. A total 3800 square feet, the property has 8 bedrooms, 14 beds (plus a day bed and sleeper couch), and plenty of space for relaxing and socializing. You are within 2 blocks of Lake Austin where you can enjoy a morning run and within walking distance to all the eating and entertainment Austin has to offer.

Stunning and stylish, this 3-house property and is a 5 minute walk to dining and bars and a 15-25 minute walk (or 4-minute drive) to the heart of downtown, East 6th Street, and Rainey Street. The property is nestled on a quiet street, giving you a peaceful, comfortable, and spacious oasis that's walking distance to bars, dining, and even downtown.

There's plenty of spaces to relax and entertain, each house offering a blend of mid-century charm and modern comfort.

There are 2 full kitchens and 1 kitchenette, complete with every appliance you could want, glassware for large parties, and an abundance of utensils. A coffee maker and coffee are provided to kickstart your morning in every home. Enjoy multiple stylish and comfortable entertainment spaces, including a movie room. There is plenty of outdoor space to hang out with a morning coffee, or a chill evening at home, or a grill out (multiple grills are available for you). We even have a small home gym for those who need to keep to a regime.

For modern convenience the property has 2 full washers/dryers and high speed internet.

The location cannot be beat, we are located centrally in the Holly section of East Austin. One of the most walkable, yet peaceful neighborhoods, it is within walking distance to the Cesar Chavez entertainment district, east 6th street, and Rainey street. Within less than a block, find yourself on the beautiful lakeside trail of Ladybird Lake. A 7 minute cab ride gets you anywhere you would want to be in central Austin.
