  • This quiet, centrally located and beautifully furnished home is truly a destination that will provide relaxation, enjoyment and lasting memories with family and friends. The home has an open and spacious feeling and boasts a beautiful backyard including a covered seated patio area with heated pool and spa for enjoyment year round. The home is outfitted with a large living room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bath, full kitchen/dining area, dining room and media equipped loft. The vast amenities include wifi internet access, ultra HD SMART Roku LED TVs including Netflix and Sling TV access, sound bar, LG washer/dryer and outdoor gas grill.

    The property is conveniently located in the heart of some the best dining, entertainment, music festivals and lakes in central Texas. The Domain, Downtown Round Rock, Dell Diamond, Round Rock Outlet Mall, Park and Pizza and Rocking R Water Park are all just minutes away from the home. Downtown Austin, University of Texas, Congress bridge and the Circuit of Americas are all within 30 minutes away since the home is located close to both I-35, 45, MOPAC and 130. Perfect for families and friends visiting, traveling or looking for an unforgettable weekend getaway.

    The property sleeps 6 Adults and 2 children with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a double size pull out couch. The kitchen is fully equipped including 12 place settings, coffee maker, cooking/grill utensils, wine glasses, toaster, pots/pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls and serving dishes.
    We offer a seamless check-in process making it quick and easy for our guests, including access to the home using an exclusive securely generated code permitting access for the duration of your stay. We diligently try to accommodate early check-in and late checkouts when possible for all reservations. Once you book the property you will receive a welcome email letter including property directions, details, secure access code and instructions. We are available 24/7/365 during your stay if you have questions or need assistance.

Host was very responsive and the place was perfect. Had everything we needed and more. Location was very central and neighborhood was cute. I liked that it had keurig and drip coffee makers. The beds were so comfortable. I slept the best I’ve ever slept on vacation.

Excellent set up with everything you need stocked home and very clean.

We spent 2 nights in the home and did not want for a thing. Our family enjoyed our stay at the home. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and accommodated us all. Very content with this rental.

Felt like home as soon as we walked in it felt like if we were walking in our own home and that is something rare to feel at least for me the neighborhood was nice and quiet and we even saw a deer so that was cool. Loved the place over all.

Very highly recommend this home! One of the best we have ever stayed at & we travel a lot. Great location, very clean, & spacious. We will book here any time we are in the area if it's available.
