Howdy from Texas 🤠!! NO PETS ALLOWED.The POOL is Open, but it's NOT Heated. I did add a Nice Hot Tub, for everyone to enjoy 😃! The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi tub! Game room for the kides and adults to enjoy. This super cleaned 2,000 sq ft house set in a lush backyard with a pool, seperate hot tub, grill, lounge chairs, hammocks in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of downtown Austin. House comfortably accommodates 10 with plenty of space to gather and regroup. Hiking trails,grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and Water Park are all nearby! Please note that this isn't a Party House, its a quiet neighborhood and its key to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet times are 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. The outdoor lights,pool lights, will automatically turn off at these times. Please come inside and enjoy the big screen tv and game room. Enjoyed a weekend of floating about in the pool and playing games in the games room. Neighbours are close, but they do not overlook the property and we did not see or hear any of them. It has all the facilities you need to keep one and two families happy. From the well equipped kitchen, to bedrooms with the most amazing bunk beds we have ever seen, large lounge and sitting areas, and to the outdoor space and games room. I rented this property for a two day music festival for myself and six others and the house was fantastic! It had everything we needed and then some! We loved the game room and playing pool! Weather wasn’t really hot enough for the pool but the hot tub did get used once. Owner was super friendly and made sure we got checked in and had everything we needed.
