The Studio is our most economical unit. You can enjoy all the perks of being near Zilker Park for less than you’ll find any decent hotel in the area. This studio is on the lower floor and is the perfect place for a couple looking for a get-away, an extended stay for a work contract, or pull the couch-bed out and squeeze four people in for a weekend out on the town. The front patio is very comfortable and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essentials so you can cook in if you’re not in to eating out. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and everything you need. The studio was lovely and had everything you could need or want, in addition to being in a great location right near Zilker park. We had a problem navigating the incline down to the apartment and Cynthia and Jay were on it and resolved our issue right away! Would definitely book with them again! ##### Bernard S.
