Séjour de 30 nuits en juin 2020 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Nick W. 1 juin 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Great short term rental! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Dane’s place. Dane and Joe were very welcoming and great about communicating when we had questions. We both worked remotely while we were staying there, which was a little challenging because it’s a studio apartment, but we knew that going in and found some workarounds (Zoom meetings in the bathroom!). We also had our infant with us, so the blackout curtains were super-appreciated. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and so is the couch. It’s very clean, the washer and dryer are amazing, and there is tons of storage for clothing, pantry items, etc. A few quirks, which should in no way be deal-breakers (seriously, rent this place): 1\. The water is soft, so go easy on the soap. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll be really glad it is how it is. 2\. Cooking - you’ll probably need to bring a few things with you. There are wine glasses, coffee mugs, pots, pans, and utensils. But you’ll need plates, bowls, cups or glasses, a sharp cooking knife, a cutting board, and maybe a few other specialty items. We cooked almost every day for a month, and we got everything we needed on day 2 for under $30 total. 3\. There aren’t any hangers, but that’s another extremely affordable problem to solve (or just bring a few with you). 4\. I think this is common, but make sure you bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. That’s really it. The neighborhood is great. Be prepared to be jealous of the fact that you’ll see a different swimming pool out of each and every window in the apartment. It’s 10 min to downtown where I was working at anytime of day. Super conveniently located and easy to get to any part of Austin with its location near Mopac. The neighborhood is really safe and very pretty. Dane is so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again. ##### Suzie K.
