« No breakfast, saw at most a single oatmeal packet and one packet of hot chocolate. The staff was great I will admit that. The gentlemen who assisted me was kind and tried to do what he could but he was limited. The room was dirty. I was shown a few rooms and they were all dirty. From open windows, cigarette stains on the couch, stains in the fridge, sink, butt marks on the chair from sitting naked on it. Literally nothing was clean just the bed made. Towels had stains, bedsheets had stains/burns...

« A bathroom floor tile was loose and there was no grout on the tiled floor. Not mich water came out of bathroom sink faucet, not even enough to wash anything. There is no coffee maker or coffee or tea in the room. Absolutely no amenity like glasses, dishes or even plastic cups to go with the kitchen. The phone was broken and making the noise all night. The staff is good and the cleaning is ok but the amenity was terrible. It almost looked like this room I had (311) was not ready for a guest. It...
