"The location is convenient but the room is noisy and the sound insulation is not good. The room upstairs had kids that were jumping and running around. The noise from the next door neighbor was loud. The shower drained really slow. The toilet is inconvenient for people that are over 5 feet tall since you will bump into the front wall when you sit."

"Anping is my favorite area of Tainan and this hotel showed itself to be a delightful and quirky little boutique place in a great location. My room was comfortable, the temperature was good, the decor curious and the bed comfortable. It’s certainly not an international chain hotel, so you won’t get a 24 lobby or concierge service, it feels a lot more like a family-run guest house but personally I prefer that. Internet was acceptable at about 20/20 mbps in the room and faster in the lobby. "

"過橋對面就有很多地道小食。 房間跟浴室很大，花灑水壓很大。冷氣充足。 早餐蛋餅是古早味，不錯。 泊車空間很小，通道也不大，開車進去要小心一點。 有煙味，也有很多蚊子（可能因為在河邊） Across the bridge, there are many authentic snacks. The room and bathroom are spacious, with strong shower water pressure and ample air conditioning. The breakfast egg pancake is old-fashioned and tasty. Parking space is small, and the corridors are narrow, so driving in requires caution. There's a smoky smell and many mosquitoes (likely due to being by the river). "

"We had a very comfortable stay at the Shangri-La. The room was really spacious, and we had a terrific view. The front desk and concierge staff were very gracious and helpful. Also, we had New Year’s Eve dinner at the hotel’s Shanghai Pavilion at the top of the hotel. Our waiter (who I think is the manager) helped us make our selections, and it was fantastic! The hotel is also attached to an upscale department store which is fun to visit. It The hotel is also across the street from the local train station. You can take a fairly short ride to Kaohsiung, which is a cool harbor town and perfect for a day trip."

"Very modern setup. Staff are super friendly, they always say "hello" at every encounters. The room space is pretty big and all amenities are good. Bed is very comfortable and always have a good night sleep. Drinking water machine is available on every floor as well as bubble water machine.
