A beautifully located hotel in Tainan that perfectly blends authentic old-world charm with modern design. The room was spacious, full of character, and decorated with great attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay in the Provintia Suite at Provintia Hotel. Spacious and comfortable room, great location, and warm, helpful staff. We especially loved the beautiful design and thoughtful details throughout the hotel. Plus point: the lovely scent on the 8th floor, we absolutely loved it! ❤️🇹🇼 They told you it was from the local brand LaboratoryScent, specifically Musk No. 3.

This is a great place to stay in Tainan, two minutes walk to one historic sites and plenty of great street food near by! Hotel is clean and well decorated with classy interior design. Wonderful staffs and amenities. Breakfast is delicious too.

The hotel’s attention to detail is exceptional. They even provide chopsticks, bowls, and other items guests might need for late-night snacks. Overall, many thoughtful touches were pleasantly surprising. It’s clean and well-located—within walking distance of the night market, which is perfect for food lovers.

I’ve stayed here twice already. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Tainan. Location is excellent, walking distance to many great spots for food and drinks. The hotel is new and well designed. My favorite thing is the buffet breakfast. LOVE the beef soup. The public area is really great too for working on laptop or reading or just chilling. 10/10 recommend!!!

Great hotel design and excellent location. Walking distance to many food places, cafes, bars and tourist sights. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. The only downside is that the building isn’t very soundproof.

This hotel is has well chosen vintage decor items and furniture with a contemporary feel. I was really impressed by the blend of different time periods. The room and bathroom were immaculate. Great use of small space that didn’t make me feel cramped because of multi use furniture. Storage drawers were not in my room but I had a short stay so I didn’t mind living out of suitcase. The bed was firm enough an comfortable. A true King size bed. Large door length windows for abundant natural lighting. They provided feather free bedding covers and pillowsl. The hand soap and shower gel, etc were soothing and mildly fragrant. The breakfast buffet—delicious local and western choices. Coffee available 24/7 on the 8th floor and in the guestoom-tea & coffee and a pour over hot water kettle is available. There’s a common kitchen with microwave and larger fridge on the 8th floor as well. I didn’t use the gym or reading space but I appreciated the complimentary laundry units-once I figured out the translation on the machines-have 1.5-2.5 hours to spare though-drying takes a while. I ate dinner at la Cupola-a la carte with buffet and I enjoyed the choices. Every staff member was approachable and attentive and worked well together as a team. The only improvement I missed is a hook or something for my towel close enough to the shower area. Its a bit of a reach from the door for me. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything is walkable. It takes around 15mins to train station and city bike is also nearby. Recent renovated. Carpet is brand new and smells good in the hotel. Vibe is nostalgic, althought the celling is pretty low. Lots staff in the lobby but they seems don't know what to do. Very strict about late check out/ early check in- TWD300/ hour. Great breakfast!!

Such a great hotel with nice touches and fantastic people everywhere. I love going to Tainan and now I don't even think about staying anywhere else. A possible improvement would be laundry machines, since there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers that are only available during the day. Maybe move to basement and add more machines?

Such a unique hotel! Definitely one of my favorite hotel stays ever. Super clean overall and very helpful staff, the amenities are wonderful as well. There’s plenty to eat and see within walking distance of the hotel as well so it’s a great location. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Tainan.

Absolutely loved staying at this property and wish I had more time here! Only thing to keep in mind is go for breakfast early, they close exactly when they say they will and staff comes up to you even if you’re still eating so give yourself enough time.
