However, the reception counter people do not seem to be professional. The previous day we borrowed bikes from their concierges and left our GPS holder on one of the bikes. The concierges found the holder and properly documented it for lost and found. The next morning when we were checking out, we asked the reception counter staff twice if they found our holder, and both times they told us no without checking the lost and found paperwork.
