"Very nice hotel! Front desk staff outstanding! Breakfast was excellent as well. My only complaint (and its a small one). The lighting in the room, especially in the bathroom was low. It was hard for a senior lady to find a spot bight enough to put on makeup. Otherwise 5 stars!"

"This place is worst than a motel 6. The hotel was under construction and the rooms were falling apart. Some of the lights didn’t work, twice in 5 days no one serviced the room, there is not a fridge or a microwave in the rooms. The staff argued with my husband when he complained about the condition of our room and the lights not working. When I checked in the staff complained about other guests being a hassle. The sauna was out of order the entire time. While I understand that it was under construction, the area they were working on was no were near the sauna and we were given no notification it would be closed. It is a great location in a very nice area and it might be nice after construction is complete but based on the lack of customer service we will never stay here again. "

"When we checked in, the first room we were given was not cleaned. Notified the staff who were very helpful and polite. The 2nd room was cleaned but their was an odor in the room but we didn’t complain because our stay was short. Probably will not stay at this location again."

"PROS: staff nice,,room was clean,clean sheets,clean towels, the eggs & sausage were hot & actually good! What more could you want? CONS; window shade broken,but at least it was broken in a good way,down position! Some wall outlets not working,but some were (yay!) no hair dryer (but they found me one) no fridge (but they were willing to go find me one) SUGGESTIONS: provide more coffee pods,creamers & sugar in the room (ditch the packets that include a tiny napkin (they are more expensive and a waste) Get rid of the kleenex boxes (provide lotion instead) get rid of bar soap (does anyone still use bar soap? And cleaning staff will appreciate too!!! Oh,ditch the crushed foam pillows! THANK YOU for being affordable."

"This is the place to stay for a family! This was my first time staying at a Drury location and honestly if there is a Drury location in any town I visit....I will not stay anywhere else but a Drury! The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the pool was nice indoors at one of the top floors with a hot tub that was very soothing and calming. The breakfast was very wide and filling, the complimentary kickback dinner and drinks were great! The popcorn was great. The soda fountain machine during breakfast and dinner was great! The gym was good to exercise with basic equipment. The laundry room is good but be sure to have quarters ready to use for drying and laundry. I recommend this and any Drury property to anyone with family. 10 minute walk to the mall, next door to the ice hockey rink, 10 minute walk to the little league field."
