"I was initially placed on the 10th floor, which had great views, but there was massive construction happening which affected my ability to sleep, so the hotel was nice in moving my room to another building the next day: which was on a 4th floor, so i had a partial view of the city and ocean. "Overall the hotel is great for Instagram. We book for king size bed but was given twin bed. We booked for sky bar when check in but it didn’t goes into the booking. The cover for toilet bowl was offset. Lots of communication break down but hotel is alright consider the price point."

"I was initially placed on the 10th floor, which had great views, but there was massive construction happening which affected my ability to sleep, so the hotel was nice in moving my room to another building the next day: which was on a 4th floor, so i had a partial view of the city and ocean. The rooms was i. Perfect condition and i loved that i had a washer (no dryer) on the balcony: i would stay again. "

"We were redirected to stay at The Sea Residences which is one of the same apartment blocks in that series. Housekeeping was once every two days but they did a fantastic job. Amazing views of the sea horizon and fireworks from the balcony. No issues with transport as there are always buggys/Grab cars and Xanh SM drivers waiting around to offer you a ride. "The Villa is very new. It was very clean with a modern Japanese style decor. There was ample room for our family of 9\. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. We never felt crowded. This is a big villa. "Dat and his staff were super helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast choices were decent; the noodles or sandwiches were deliciously prepared which includes a juice or Vietnamese coffee at a reasonably price. "More like a 4 than a 5 star hotel. Staff were professional. They seemed to take safety seriously with lifeguards in the pool and beach. Located on a nice part of the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers, but they probably cant add more due to limited space. Most sun loungers were "reserved" by guests with towels before 8am and sometimes the reservers wont be seen anywhere near the lounger for hours. Breakfast had a good variety and no long queues for most items, but the hygiene standards weren't great - food was fresh, just that the way food was displayed and accessed wasn't the best. For example, they have this huge tub of ice that keeps getting refilled, but u can see the melted ice at the bottom of the bucket had probably been there for a couple of hours and contained debris. An ice machine would have been better. The fruits were also just left in the open and probably should have been covered/ in refrigerated section and split into individual portions (pretty sure I got a tummy bug from here). Some amenities were dated/broken -e.g. ping ping rackets and table football. For a hotel this size, I think there should be more sport/fun ammenities, e.g. there was only one ping pong table, always with a long queue. Good location - nearby restaurants/ mini-marts, quick taxi ride to sunset town. The rooms were also a good size and well maintained. For quality, the price seemed fair, and if the hotel can address the above issues, it'd be a really great stay. "

"Ok Big Room, they Said they upgrafed our room IF we gave good feedback on review.. its an ok place to stay, but confusing place. The check in prosess was terrible. We stood there for 20 minutes before anyone looked at us, there were 4 people doing nothing/ looking at the phone. After we finally were given any help, there was little hospitality. But it is an ok place once you finally get the room, for this price it’s ok. "

"The staff, specially Art from guest relations who ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible, making it memorable and stress free, informing me of all that was going on, changing and booking my day needs and desires. Small issues with the room but promptly fixed. Although the beds are spacious and somewhat comfortable, personally I’d rather have a mattress with memory foam topper, as opposed to a cotton/polyester one as this provides little support. But no option for that, a small improvement there maybe required for people who have memory foam mattresses at home and were on a long stay like myself. Facilities are well looked after and clean, beach is lovely specially if you’re on the end of it, free from all the other people on the beach. Privacy is important on all my stays so I didn’t feel like this was an issue. Breakfast buffet was very good and catered for all cultures! Overall a very pleasant 8 days, a small improvement on the bed would take it to the next level for me, but would return and recommend!"
