The issue is the bad communication with expedia which they don’t resolve the problem professionally and they are not telling the truth about offer in the hotel until we arrived and have been informed by the hotel management. So I will never use expedia a gain and advice people to double check before they travel.

大変お勧めします．また泊まりたいと思います． 周辺ホテルと比較するとコスパが圧倒的に良いです．この値段でこのクオリティの部屋に泊まれるのはとてもありがたかったです． スタッフのサービスも満点でした．事前のEmailでのやりとりから，送迎の手配，行きたいレストランを現地後で予約してもらったりと，何もかも笑顔で対応してもらいとても心地よかったです Googleレビューなどにありますが，宿がスークの中でメイン通りから1本外れた場所にあるので，少し治安が気になるという気持ちはわかります．夕方18時にはすでに閉まる店も多く寂しくなっているので，到着時間が遅い人は必ず送迎を手配すると安心です（ホテルもその点のケアはかなり手厚いので全然問題はありませんでした）

The room was very nice, bed was quite comfortable slept fantastic. Visually esthetically pleasing to the eyes. Clean and didn't smell. Bathroom was also spacious with a great shower. Room Temperature was terrible however and quite warm as Air Conditioner was not working. I had set the controller to 16.5° Cold setting on maximum fan speed, window closed yet it did not cool the room in the slightest. It remained at "room temp 24.5" our entire stay. breakfast buffet was quite nice. many options to choose from, nothing tasted bland either. many drink choices as well. staff were fairly friendly and were helpful whenever asked a question, check in was simple mostly though having to fill out a career questionaire was a little odd. Stay at the room was quiet, no loud noises. if I ever return to tunisia might have to come back here for my hotel choice long as the air conditioner works next time. There is a bar hang out down stairs and a pool, pool is shallow to around 7ft deep. Small pool though. Rooms allow smoking, as had a ashtray. Couch is comfortable, though a firm foam. Unless youre a couple or solo shower warning: the outer wall of the bathroom is transparent glass so you can see into the shower from the bedroom if standing near the glass. Cleanliness: 5☆ Food options: 5☆ Room temperature: 1☆ Bed Comfort: 5☆ Bathroom/Shower: 5☆ Quietness: 5☆ View is okay. No balcony. Fix the AC and it's a near 5☆ experience.
