Seul bémol le service de navette de l’aéroport pour se rendre à l’hôtel, très complexe de rejoindre le desk et attente de 45 min. dans notre cas nous avons opter pour une autre option ! Pour le retour vers l’aéroport c’était simple et rapide. »

« The AC was very loud, the hotel is old, no upgrade whatsoever.. the carpet and the sofa were stained and one tv didn't work, while the other one was working but no tv guide. The bathroom was old, poor quality tapestry with a old small bath. The breakfast is not included, you need to pay extra. The parking is not free, while reserving via Expedia, I paid 46$ for parking for 2 days. While Checking In, the hotel wasn't seeing that I paid for the parking so they made me pay again. Disappointing for...

"L'hôtel est très bien MAIS attention au parking. Il est annoncé comme " libre " par l'hôtel sur le site de hotes.com. On peut donc s'attendre à trouver un parking de stationnement. Que nenni il s'agit uniquement d'un parking sous-sol à 30 $ la nuit. Vous êtes simplement libre de payer si vous voulez vous garer. Nous avions sélectionné cet établissement légèrement en dehors de Washington, justement pour éviter des frais de parking. A l'accueil, on nous précise que sur le site officiel de l'hôtel, les choses sont clairement indiquées, mais que Hotel.com ne relais pas correctement l'information. "
