"At check in I was asked to put a cash deposit down instead of a credit card. I had just finished an 8 hr drive with bad weather. I had to ask for a receipt. There were no extra outlets in the room to plug in a computer other than in the bath room. The so called breakfast was sliced bread for toast, dry cereal, and milk. I then had to ask for my cash deposit to be refunded back to me... and that took an extra 15 mins to accomplish."
