"We could hear the toilet flushing from the room next to us every time it was flushed. The toilet in our room was also very loud when flushed. I didn't want to use it during the night while my wife was sleeping."

The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the River Walk and many of San Antonio’s main attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The hotel itself has so much character, blending historic charm with modern comfort. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The beds were especially cozy, and we appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was after a busy day sightseeing. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations or anything we needed during our stay. Customer service like this really stands out.
