"ナビにホテルの住所設定時「この付近では車上荒らしの被害が多発しています」とアナウンスされ、旅行に幸先の良くない印象をもった。しかし、１.フロントで車上荒らしの確認に《初めて聞いた様子》で《当ホテルでは聞ていいない》に安心した。また、二泊三日の滞在にも被害は無かった。 ２.ホテルへの問合せ《明日早朝に東京駅まで行くには？》に口頭と紙で説明を受けた。が私の理解を心配され、あらためてフロントから２通りの案(発車時間と乗換回数と所要時間の併記)を印刷し、各々の利点説明を受けた。これは大変参考になり、帰りにまで役立った。私達に寄り添ったフロントのサポートで大変気持ち良い滞在となり、此処にして良かった。 以上 "

"My wife and i have three kids so it can be difficult to find a place to stay. This place was perfect. There was lots of space, great shower, very clean, a good washing machine, comfortable beds and a very nice location. The parking was also very nice. The manging staff was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

"川越を観光するには最高の立地だと思います。 大変な思いをされて観光している方々を見ながら時の鐘近くの宿に行けるのは、ちょっとした優越感でした。 駐車場も1台無料で貸して頂けたので嬉しかったです。 お隣のキッチンカーからのいい香りが食欲をそそります。 お部屋は、大人が4人でいっぱいな感じです。清潔感がありよかったです。 ちょっとした調味料もあり、簡単な食事は作れます。 洗濯物干しがあったので、洗濯機があるのかと思ったらなかったのでちょっと残念。 お風呂もシャワーのみだったので、冷え性の人には辛かったようです。 ちょっとしたことはありますが、高額でホテルに宿泊するよりはずっとよかったと思いました。 また利用されて頂ければと思います。 ありがとうございました。"

"2家族（父2人は仕事の為、ママ友と子供3人の計5人）で宿泊させて頂きました。 宿は平屋の古民家をリノベされたもので水回りは全て綺麗になっていました。 子供が小学低学年というのもあり、とにかく広さ重視でしたが、子供達はかくれんぼしたり大喜びでした。 夜に手持ち花火をやりたい旨を家主にお伝えしたところバケツとライター、蚊取り線香まで用意して下さいました。 ザ・おばあちゃんち！という佇まいで親子共々とても癒されました。 今度は父達も一緒に宿泊したいです。 追加） お風呂にはシャンプー・リンス・ボディーソープが備え付けでありますが、自然派の石鹸系のシャンプーでしたので、慣れていない髪が長い女性にはギシギシして大変かもしれません。持参された方がよいかもしれないです。"
