"The check in was very simple and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well apportioned. The air conditioning worked better in the living area than the bedroom but we were only there for a couple of nights so it wasnt a problem. The pool was clean and had plenty of sun beds. Taken in late November, sunset is around 6.10pm and can vary from a fairly muted display to a sky that is a wash with reds & oranges.
Quite a steep climb down via stone steps from the road or a steep path from the Hotel side and very rocky towards the shore line so not recommended for flip flops!!

Not for us and won’t be returning."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace. We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast. Good if you like rock music."

"The staff were all amazing (except for one member of the wait staff at breakfast who got really annoyed if you ordered a latte at breakfast instead of a regular coffee.) Otherwise nothing was too much trouble. Our sea view room was great, clean good size and a lovely bathroom. The buffet selection was good but the quality of the food was average. The pool are was fabulous."
