"I have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I do take my own towel and blanket as the ones provided are skimpy. The staff is always friendly and polite. "

"The hotel was next to the 8 freeway. I was unable to sleep with the noise from the freeway. The bed was comfortable. Next time, I’m bringing my pillow from home. The free internet was really slow. Other than that, there was no parking fee and free continental breakfast. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I would look for a hotel that is not next to a freeway. "

"The hotel staff did not explain the cleaning staffs schedule. My rooms shower floor was dirty and the shower handle mechanics were broken couldn’t turn the water on or off to take a shower had to call maintenance . I also think breakfast is too early. Currently 6:00am until 9:00am. Should change to 7:00am until 10:00 am"

"I’m writing to express my concerns about my recent stay. At check-in, the staff member assisting me failed to inform me that a key card was required to activate the lights in the room. I was only provided with one key card, which caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. While waiting in the lobby, I noticed it felt unusually warm, which led me to believe the air conditioning was not working. This was later confirmed when I overheard staff members discussing that the lobby AC had been out of service for approximately two weeks. Additionally, I had purchased food and stored it in the mini fridge provided in the room; however, the fridge was not functioning, resulting in my food spoiling. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also below expectations. There was visible hair left in the shower from previous guests, and the bathroom floors were noticeably stained. I will say that the beds were clean and comfortable, which I did appreciate. However, the overall experience fell short due to the issues mentioned above and was not worth the amount of money spent.
