The property was fine but Expedia sold me a non existent room of the hotel. The hotel does not have the type of room we booked. Expedia is refusing to refund me even though I didn’t get what I paid for. The hotel itself couldn’t accommodate our needs. First trip in 6 years and it was very lack luster and frustrating.

The room and amenities were dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The hotel in general was noisy at all hours of the night. People were smoking on the property and drinking at the pool. Not very family friendly.

Overall a comfortable stay. Hotel itself was well kept but it was old. There was definitely a smell. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I was woken up by house keeping 2 hours before check out so that was unfortunate.

Front desk staff was kind and helpful, cleaning staff was not as available. We stayed there for four days and not once did any cleaning staff come to clean up our room. We were stuck with no towels and an overflowing trash most of the time.

Suite smelled like a kennel for dogs. We went out and bought air fresheners. Ants in bathrooms and coffee area. Extra blankets and pillows inside zipped bag were filthy. Housekeeping banged around items and would shout at each other down the hallways. Drains in shower stunk. Screens on window torn. Latch on window broken off. We were told housekeeping was only available every other day for our five day visit. We opted to make our own bed and empty our trash ourselves for entire stay. Restaurant not open for lunch. It’s obvious no money has been allocated for upkeep and repairs. It’s our 4th visit in 4 years, we will look elsewhere.
