« in the center of Mississauga the location of the apartment is ideal with shopping center, leisure center and some shops nearby. for other cases all are within 5 minutes drive. Our apartment was on the 18th floor, with a great view. the building is really well equipped with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, yoga, game room and offices to work. Only one negative point the apartment would need some repairs and a good stroke of paint ... Communication with owner was very cool »

« The room did not sleep 6. The sofa was not a sleeper. The room look nothing like the pictures. The front desk for checkin had no idea of our arrival and had to call the phone number on file for further information. I did not receive an email for check in until 1am in the morning. The front door was hard to lock and would often have to leave the room unlocked so the key did not break. »

« Great furnished 2bed/2bath apartment in the center of Mississauga. This is a 10 years old high end apartment built by Tridel. Underground parking, access to gym, pool, mini golf and theater in the building. For us it is definitely a better choice than staying in a traditional hotel. Nothing is better than a home away from home. »

« This place is practically a scam. The place was so dirty, the TV did not work and I called them multiple times to fix that, complain. No customer service whatsoever. I can't believe that Expedia lists this property. »

« PLEASE AVOID THESE AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE A FAMILY ESPECIALLY THIS ELITE SUITES CHAIN !!! We booked 2 bed condo unit in one of the Grand Ovation high rise buildings where we were already staying in another unit which we couldn't extend. We had booked it just because the unit was in same building. Then on the check-in day when we called to enquire which unit we need to check-in they told us that unit is not available and hence we need to go to another building all together. Since we had no option...

« This was a terrible experience I will never use VRBO again. My credit card was charged even though the homeowner cancelled at the last minute. The only good thing is that the VRBO helpline people seem to genuinely be trying to help.; and don’t get me wrong I appreciate their help but they are helping me with a problem that should never had arisen - plus it has taken me hours literally on the phone trying to ensure I get a refund ! I wouldn’t recommend VRBO to anyone right now. »

« The address provided was incorrect it took 2 hours before we were contacted and shown to the unit by a very pleasant young lady. The unit was very shabby to say the least. AC was locked and could not be changed. We moved out the following morning even though we had paid for 4 or 5 nights it was that bad »
