They just need to provide better toiletries, ensure lamps are working in the rooms, advise guests at reception of their energy saving system about the lights, advise guests that towels are available for the beach, facilitate early check in especially for guests with kids and older persons. "

"This is the perfect hotel if you just want to chill with minimal noise. It’s a short drive from the clock tower and it is near Getsemani/Centro. It is very easy to grab a taxi, and there is also a souvenir outlet nearby. Not to mention the abundant amount of restaurants walking distance. The only downsides are the room ventilation is poor. The room/bathroom can get very humid, so the ac has to be on constantly. "

"This is truly a luxury apartment at a reasonable price. Top notch (even though I thought the required "cub bracelet" was annoying. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, exceptionaly clean room well stocked with everything needed for a short or extended stay. Excellent communication. Breath taking views and because the rises on the opposite side of the building there was no direct scorching sun. Leaving the doors opended thoughout the day is sufficient to keep the apartment cool.Super convenient to...

"I booked this apartment because it had laundry facilities. It did not. Also, my guests arrived after 10 PM and weren’t allowed to check in. That was very frustrating. One of my guests arrived at 10:13 PM and they wouldn’t allow the guest to check in. The guest was stuck in traffic."

"My apartment was amazing! The host was professional and communicated with me the entire time. The condo was clean, new, and came with dishes and cleaning supplies. A supermarket was close by so I was able to buy some food. I will definitely book with him again and stay for a month next time. "
