« when we first got there, nobody was at front desk, which is fair because it’s a seasonal property but when we emailed and called there was no answer we waited around for an hour until 4 o’clock hit, which was check-in time and then we got our code for our room that’s fine but we drove four hours to get here. once we got our room, it was nice. « This establishment should not be rated more than 1 star. I have been in 2 star hotels that are way better than that. For the price I paid, it is definitely not worth it. For a few dollars more, you could get a 4 star hotel. I would not price this hotel more than $100. They overcharge because Grand Bend is a hip place to go. »

« The location was perfect! About a 5-10min walk to the main beach. Close to multiple shops and food options. The parking was a bit confusing to find at first but once we got there it was good. Room was clean. Loved the balcony. »

« Disaster.... was supposed to stay in Exeter at The Ranch House Inn. They had an A/C issue and was informed the day of my stay that they couldn'thave me. I spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia trying to make other arrangements. We moved 25 minutes away to the Whispering Pines Resort ( Motel ). If it wasn't for the young guy Logan atleast trying to help it would have been worse.
Construction repairs going on into the night.
Pool closed.

« My partner, dog and I loved our stay! Beautiful spot, lovely drive from London, and incredible home. We even chatted about how nice it would be to live here, that’s how comfortable it is. This place was an incredible stay, cozy bed, loads of amenities, and the perfect way to get away from the city. We loved that Logan accommodated our pup vimy, at a very low fee.
