"Bait and switch! I thought this was part of the Budget Inn chain so I was expecting no frills but clean. This place had no maid service. No soap. No shampoo. Blood spatter on the bathroom ceiling. Lipstick (I hope!) on the washcloth. No bed springs - just a foam mattress on a piece of plywood and hard as a rock. Noisy AC which didn't work well. Toilet barely flushed. "Very affordable, clean property. Probably has the highest value in the Hamilton area. Front desk was very helpful, despite the water shutdown in the next day morning, they provided a water basket so we can save some water for the next day. Free parking. The bed is a bit too firm and didn't sleep very well. However, given the price, I am highly satisfied. "

"The establishment was filthy; only one small towel for 2 people; paint peeling off the walls; no glasses, no cups, no coffee for the coffee machine; poor hospitality; bad odours.....this establishment looks nothing like the pictures published on the web...a real dive...an overall disastrous experience....we left within an hour of arriving and had to find other accomodations on our own at the last minute.....I can't believe hotels.com allows this establishment to use their website to attract potential customers (victims)."
