"Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Carlos for giving us such a warm welcome with drinks upon arrival. He took the time to explain the room, hotel amenities, and what to expect from both the resort and the surrounding area, which made us feel comfortable and excited right away. Also special shoutout to everyone working valet from May 14 to May 19. They were extremely friendly and made each experience hassle free. The hospitality from everyone at the hotel made the experience even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting."
