After a full day of traveling, the room wasn't ready, even though it was 6 pm. Then we had to wait for a bellman for about 30 minutes to take us to the room, even though we wanted to just walk ourselves. Once we said were not going to attend the DIVI VACATIONS meeting, which was only available at noon on one of our days, the attitude changed! It was difficult to find chairs together at the pool, the pool was not in great condition either, there were lots of missing tiles. We also had to get our own chairs and umbrella the one day we were at the beach. We paid for the most expensive all inclusive, and there were NEVER any smoothies available from the coffee shop, one that you have to pay the upgraded price to enjoy. The buffet was okay, the burger and bar by the beach were fantastic. There were days that certain restaurants were to even open, which was odd to us. We had to constantly ask for coffee in our room just so I could brew a pot of coffee in the morning. Overall it was okay, most of the staff were very nice. You can either take a taxi to get around or use the Bus and bus stop is located across from the burger king just down the street.
