"We arrived around 7:45pm. We had to stop in traffic to unload. I was in a pretty large truck, so not really ideal. There was a valet booth, but nobody was present. I went inside, and asked where the valet was. They said there should be one there. I went out, and looked around, and just down the sidewalk was the valet...talking to two provocatively dressed women...while he watched the fifa soccer games on the GIANT screen across the street. He saw me, and started to come to the valet booth. Then he heard the soccer crowd go crazy and turned to go back to see what happened in the soccer game. I told him he needed to be paying attention to his job, and he came back again. He put a smile on and took my keys and did his job from that point forward. Literally everything else about this hotel was great. Its an older hotel, so somethings get overlooked, but by and large, it was a decent stay. Pretty quiet in the room. We were on the 26th floor, and the view was spectacular. 4 out of 5 stars just because the valet couldnt break away from the game."

"Beautiful hotel that has been well maintained. The rooms are a nice size, are well appointed and the bathrooms are beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly. There was live entertainment in the lounge. Things to note: you will be automatically charged the valet fee- don't pay them at their podium, too (though DO tip!). There is not a microwave in the room. The fridge is actually a minibar. The area is LGBTQIA+ friendly. There are also people without housing along the sidewalks and street crossing. They did no harm. Was asked if I wanted to purchase paraphernalia while walking down the sidewalk. However, felt very safe at the hotel and enjoyed our stay."

"The Hotel was great, the front counter guy was awesome. With that said the housekeeper must have let the suite next door slam shut while she was cleaning about 20-25 times. We even asked her to please put the cart in the way to keep the door opened while she cleaned. But didn’t. As we were taking a much needed nap after traveling. Also the swim up bar allows toddlers to play on the barstools. So not exactly adult time for others without kids."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process a breeze. The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The amenities here are unmatched. We spent our afternoon at The Pool Club, which has a vibrant Vegas-style atmosphere and stunning, unobstructed views of the Dallas skyline. We also grabbed drinks and relaxed in the Funny Library Coffee Shop—such a fun and cozy touch! The central location also makes it so easy to get around the city, whether you're heading to a game at the American Airlines Center or exploring downtown. A massive shout-out to the staff for going above and beyond to make our weekend perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a fun getaway, staycation, or business trip. I'll definitely be back!"
