Tout était parfait

The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the restaurant was excellent all around, and the welcoming by the staff was unprecedented. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here the Matterhorn is visible of course. Met the 5 stars that they hold.

No complaint.

This is a beautiful smaller hotel in the heart of Zermatt. Close to everything!

Fantastic staff, going above and beyond on service, love the room dedicated to skis and the racks to dry the boots.

Voici un hôtel boutique avec une équipe extrêmement attentionnée et compétente pour vous aider dans vos choix de restaurants et d’activités. Les chambres sont modernes et très bien conçues. Un 6 sur 5! Nous reviendrons!

Beautiful modern, eclectic hotel close to the gondolas. Hotel takes full advantage of the views with floor to ceiling windows. Very comfortable bed and room even had a coffee maker - one of the few we found in Switzerland hotel rooms. Excellent breakfast - one of the best we had in our whole Switzerland trip of 11 hotels. Very friendly, helpful staff and little touches like a welcome drink and free afternoon snacks are greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Belle vue sur la montagne. Hôtel très bien entretenu. À proximité de tous les services du village. Bon déjeuner et bar pratique sur place.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms great amenities and really excellent staff. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are just finishing up a month long trip throughout Europe and this was, hands down, the best hotel we stayed at. Excellent room and amenities, great staff, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. If you have the option to stay here, don’t second guess it. Beautiful hotel with some of the greatest views in Zermatt.

Booked a family room. Room was extremely clean and appeared newly renovated. Had a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, which was a bonus. Breakfast had a good variety.

We were surprised to see that we had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room on the 3rd floor! The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. I messaged the hotel for a pickup at the train station and that worked perfectly to help us get our bags to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Finding the hotel was a little bit of a trek due to Google Maps at first, we suggest to use Waze instead. From the train station, once you turn into the correct street the sidewalk is light up! The check in process was easy. The design and aesthetic was well thought out, clean and loved the finishing inside the rooms. We will definitely stay here again. Their breakfast was also fantastic.
