"The manager allowed us to store our salmon catch in a freezer overnight. Great service. "

"Food options were good nut a little variety of the breakfast meat would be better. The Bed was a major challenge. I am very short and it was hard for me to climb into the bed. I think you could put the beds on the floor indtead of the stand and people could sit on the side of the bed or more easily climb into them. also I think you need more handicapped accessible showers in your rooms. and maybe not have people who don't walk well have rooms closer to the elevators and activity centers so we don't have to walk all the way to the end of the hallway. The Hot tub should not be advertised if it is not working. "

"The staff was excellent. Very accommodating. Great price for a clean and comfortable stay. I stayed there 4 nights on a property / business trip. I was always happy returning to the room after a hard work day. Lowes is right behind the hotel. Not really close enough to walk, but the shortest drive. Also a taco bell is near, a dunkin doughnuts is very walkable. All in all, maybe the best hotel choice in Carbondale."
