"We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were set up well with plenty of space. The wifi only worked well in the living room area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the courtyard view which was very calming. Breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of options including a dedicated gluten-free station for those who need that. It was nice that the Williamsburg visitor's center was right next door so we walked over and got on the shuttle. The furniture was traditional which you would expect in this area. Couch a little sunken down, but overall the furniture and room were in good condition. We had a microwave and fridge as well as cabinets in the kitchen area."

"This is the first time in years that my patio was dirty and covered in spider webs. I suggest having someone to dust the tables, light fixtures, etc off as part of their cleaning duties. The shower had hair in it. Definitely not the Hilton standard that I’m use of. The staff was friendly and responded promptly. "

"This was the best hotel for the price. great breakfast options, staff was super friendly. bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on. internet was free and was fast. I used the washer and dryer and it came with complimentary detergent. the shower was clean, water pressure was amazing, and was super hot water I would recommend anyone to stay here and next trip I take I will be staying here"
