« DO NOT BOOK! I booked this condo September 5. Then on October 1, she sent a message and said that the place was no longer available. She took my money and I didn’t have a place to stay on my vacation with my children. I sent her a message immediately requesting my money back on October 9. She has not responded.I didn’t know anything was wrong until I went into VRBO to message her to ask how to enter the property. I even got a confirmation from VRBO about my stay when I booked it and then again...
