"The staff were absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Patrick from the front desk—he was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. All of my questions were handled professionally. Also, a shout-out to the gentleman at breakfast (I believe he’s Filipino) for his great service. The room was very clean, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place!"

"Booked this accommodation only 1 hour before arriving. Dennis who runs the property was very welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. The views from the individual cabins / rooms are fantastic. Dennis is so passionate about food and cooking. This came across with a fabulous cooked breakfast. Dennis also arrange and cooked an evening meal based on the protein requirements. We had a 4 course meal that was stunning and also got to spend an evening with 4 other lovely guests also staying at the property. I’d definitely recommend and if back in the area I will be back. By the end of our 2 night / 3 day stay, Dennis felt like a friend. Keep up the fabulous work Dennis. Really appreciated. Mark "

"Staff were great. Could maybe had more heat in the cabin due to -20 degree weather. The only heat source we could see was the gas fireplace. It got very cold in the cabin at night as we did not want to keep the fireplace on high during the night. It would also be something for you to consider to put outside plug-ins for vehicles. We had to run an extension cord through the front door and plug into one of the outlets inside the cabin"
