Location and availability.

Room was exactly as shown in the photo. Great location. Stayed one night before an early departure. Room was clean. No refrigerator. I would stay there again for an early departure or late arrival.

I was upgraded to the luxury room without fee. Staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful, especially Duyen and Vien. Location is very convenient, easily access to district 1. Surrounding with restaurants, shops… so you can have a late dinner/drink. Rooftop bar is nice with the view of city by night although there is a limited of cocktail menu. Generally, highly recommended if you stay in Saigon. It is a right choice for me. I have booked another stay when I come back here in three weeks.

Very difficult to find. Very difficult to get keys to your room. Did not get the room we reserved. Shower flooded amd the toilet did not flush. No one works the front desk. Thankfully a local helped us. Would never reserve a room here again. Also there is a sign that states its illegal for short term rental of that property. We stayed 1 night. We reserved a 3 bedroom and we got a 2 bedroom. Very very poor. And was told it would be the same price.
