XIV Zona Naval Vacation Packages

I did not use the pool. He was often too full. There's a lot of families who go there, especially at Christmas. So the pool was 20-30 people at a time. It was too full and it's a small pool as well. There was a day when there were three dogs in the pool. So I didn't want to go in after I saw that the only other thing was the noise because it's a very Hollow building and with people so many people in the corridors and children screaming and the even the staff at 8:00 in the morning with really loud music while they cleaned it made so that you you couldn't really sleep in so there were some very good things with it, but also a few negatives. They kindly changed my room as well for a balcony with had a view of the beach and made the stay better.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 5 years. I have stayed in the hotel marina too many times to count since 2012. It has always been a warm, relaxing experience. The inclusive breakfast is easy ( they offer a beautiful buffet with fruits, omelets and egg cooked to order and many Mexican specialties when the hotel has higher occupancy. When occupancy drops the same foods are offered on the menu or by asking. Their green juice smoothie is fantastic! We have only done dinner at the hotel once. Our preference is to dine in town which is easily accessed by water taxis from the hotel dock. Our last stay was during the cartel troubles during February 2026. The hotel placed printed information at our room with the services changes and recommended “ shelter in” plan for guests. They were reminding visitors to make sure to have plenty of bottled water in the room and to dine or request any staff services before a specified evening hour. Many of the staff could not travel home after their shift, so sheltered in at the hotel, some overnight. The staff that had knowledge of what was happening on the roads and communities around us reported their sightings. The services during the “shelter in place” were minimally affected by having to use paper napkins instead of linen, some fresh food items had run low as delivery of fresh produce and laundry room staff could not get into work. I felt well informed, safe and thankful for so many staff members and their dedication.

The whole stay was amazing !!! Food and accommodations were amazing. But the people were phenomenal especially Javier at the poolside service who went above and beyond everyday!!

La comida es buena, la playa es muy bonita. Personal muy amable. Las habitaciones les falta una manita de gato. Pero relación costo beneficio quedamos satisfechos.

The room was cleaned on a daily basis every morning. The staff were all kind and welcoming. The resort was beautiful and well-maintained. The location also provided 4 different restaurant options to choose from.
